| 摘 要： | 目的 观察疏风安神法治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效.方法 将138例患者随机均分为2组,治疗组用自拟疏风安神中药治疗,对照组用急支糖浆治疗,观察2组治疗前后咳嗽症状评分变化及临床疗效,结果治疗组咳嗽症状评分显著改善(P＜0.01),总有效率为92.75%,对照组咳嗽症状评分无显著改善,有效率为71.1%.治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.001).结论 疏风安神法是治疗感染后咳嗽的有效方法.
