2009年我院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的调查与评价

目的:调查和评价医院围手术期抗茵药物预防性使用情况,促进合理用药.方法:抽取了医院2009年220例手术患者病历资料,对围手术期抗菌药物使用进行回顾性调查,统计切口分类、用药品种、用药时间,并评价用药合理性.结果:100%的患者使用了抗菌药物,平均用药时间5.78 d,平均使用1.27个品种,主要不合理用药表现在用药时间过长、品种选择不当和联合用药不合理.结论:该院围手术期抗菌药物使用存在一定问题,应根据相关规范加强合理用药.

Survey and Evaluation on Perioperative Antibiotic Prophylactic Application in Our Hospital during 2009
