| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨EV71感染小儿手足口病合并脑炎的3.0T MRI表现特征,提高诊断水平.方法:回顾性分析8例EV71感染小儿手足口病合并脑炎的3.0T MRI表现.结果:5例病灶局限住脑桥和延髓交界部,1例病灶以脑桥和延髓交界为卡向两侧延伸,1例病灶位丁脑桥偏背侧.1例位十中脑.8例病变均旱略长T1、长T2斑片状信号,边界欠清,DWI呈高信号.结论:EV71感染小儿手足门病介并脑炎3.0T MRI表现主要为位于脑桥和延髓交界区斑片状信号,3.0T MRI能真实地显示其脑炎脑部受损情况,对临床治疗提供可靠的影像学依据.

| Abstract: | Purpose:To improve the comprehension of 3.0TMR imaging features of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) encephalitis infected by EV71.Methods: The 3.0TMRI findings of 8 cases of HFMD encephalitis infected by EV71 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: The lesions in 6 cases were located in the junction of the pons and medulla oblongata,of which 1 lesion extended bilaterally at the same time.The other two lesions were separately located in dorsal pons and midbrain.All lesions demonstrated patchy slight hypointensit... |
