藿香正气滴心丸的制备工艺研究

目的制备包纳藿香正气方中脂溶性、挥发性和水溶性成分的新剂型滴心丸。方法采用超临界CO2流体萃取法、水煮法,分别提取藿香正气方中的脂溶性、挥发性、水溶性成分,然后将脂溶性和挥发性成分制成滴丸,再将水溶性成分包裹在外形成滴心丸。结果通过正交试验摸索出超临界CO2流体萃取脂溶性、挥发性成分的最佳条件,通过系列平行试验摸索出滴丸母核的最佳滴制条件和水溶性成分的提取工艺,最终制备成藿香正气滴心丸。结论滴心丸吸取了滴丸与水丸的优点,克服了两种剂型各自的不足,减少了试药用量,缩短了溶散时间,使剂型进一步优化;滴心丸适用于水溶性和脂溶性物质均为有效成分的中药复方,属于剂型创新性研究成果。

Analysis of Preparation of Huoxiang Zhengqi Dripping Core Pills
