喹诺酮类药物无菌检查中Mg2+的应用研究

摘    要:目的研究Mg2+在喹诺酮类药物无菌检查法中的应用。方法在培养基中加入不同浓度的Mg2+,观察不同方法中6种阳性对照菌的生长情况。结果 Mg2+浓度对消除喹诺酮类药物的抑菌性有不同的影响。结论 Mg2+浓度为0.2 mol/L的培养基能有效消除喹诺酮类药物的抑菌性。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of Mg2+in the sterility test of quinolones.Methods The growth of 6 positive control bacteria was observed after adding different concentrations of Mg2+into culture medium.Results According to the results,the antimicrobial activity of quinolones was affected by the concentration of Mg2+in some extent.Conclusion The culture medium with 0.2 mol/L Mg2+could effectively eliminate the antimicrobial effect of quinolones.
