| 摘 要： | 高等医学教育必须始终坚持正确的医学教育价值观导向。适应当前我国医学教育改革和发展的需要，应努力构建学生医德素质“351”培育体系：坚持“三个统一”，即人文素质培育与科学素质培育、医德教育与医术教育、教学生做人与教学生做事相统一；通过“五项工程”，即教师引领、课堂教学、实践锻炼、氛围陶冶、继续教育，逐步建立“全方位、多渠道、分阶段、立体化”的学生医德素质培育模式。
