| 摘 要： | 通过界定医患有效沟通的含义，发现医患有效沟通的伦理意蕴：医患沟通是道德的沟通，主导医患有效沟通是医方的道德责任，如实陈述病情、配合治疗是患方的道德义务，实现医患有效沟通的伦理条件是“诚”与“信”。

| Abstract: | By defining the meaning of effective doctor-patient communication,We found that effective communication has great ethical significances.Doctor-patient communication is the communication of morality.It is doctors' moral responsibility to dominate an effective communication with patients,such as honestly stating the disease condition.Meanwhile,it is patients' moral obligation to cooperate with the treatment process.Ethical conditions for realizing effective doctor-patient communication are sincerity and trust... |
