| 摘 要： | 目的 分析妊娠期子宫扭转的临床特点,提高对妊娠期子宫扭转的认识.方法 报道1例子宫肌瘤合并妊娠子宫扭转,并结合国内文献报道的114例妊娠期子宫扭转患者临床资料进行分析.结果 妊娠期子宫扭转由子宫畸形引起者居多,子宫肌瘤不是主要原因;临床表现常为急性腹痛、胎心变化、产程中宫口不扩张等非特异性表现,常合并完全或部分胎盘早剥,且B超多不能诊断,大都在手术过程中诊断;胎儿预后多不良.结论 引起妊娠子宫扭转的原因较多,临床表现不特异,术前诊断较困难,处理的关键在于提高警惕、避免延误时机.

| Abstract: | Objective To describe the clinical feature of the pregnancy uterine torsion and to strengthen the awareness of pregnancy uterine torsion.Methods One case of leiomyoma with pregnancy uterine torsion was reported.The clinical features of another 114 cases from the Chinese literature during January 1999 to June 2010 were reviewed.Results The major factors causing the pregnancy uterine torsion is uterine malformations not leiomyoma.The most common symptoms are abdominal pain,fetal heart rate changes,failure of ... |
