| 摘 要： | 加强乡镇卫生院绩效考核有利于加强医院战略管理，提高医院整体运营效率和社会效益，促进医疗卫生事业整体可持续性发展。但由于研究起步较晚，我国乡镇卫生院绩效考核的理论和实践均存在很多问题。以陕西省眉县金渠镇中心卫生院为例，探讨乡镇卫生院绩效考核的指标设计问题，为广大欠发达地区农村乡镇卫生院的绩效考核提供参考依据。 |
