儿童青少年垂体柄中断综合征的鞍区磁共振影像特征

摘    要:目的 探讨儿童青少年垂体柄中断综合征(PSIS)的鞍区磁共振成像(MRI)特征.方法 选取2001年2月至2010年8月在北京协和医院诊断的31例PSIS患者,采集MRI影像学资料测量垂体的高径、横径、前后径,计算垂体体积和冠状面面积,结合患者临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组患者中男性28例,女性3例,平均年龄(16.5±3.8)岁(6~25岁).MRI图像显示16例患者为垂体柄断裂伴垂体后叶异位,15例为垂体柄明显变细或者显示不清,其中7例为空泡蝶鞍.所有31例PSIS患者均显示垂体体积缩小,临床上均出现垂体前叶功能减退的症状.结论 PSIS的MRI图像特征为垂体柄断裂并伴有垂体后叶异位或者垂体柄明显变细或显示不清,并有垂体前叶多种激素缺乏.
