| Abstract: | This paper introduces the example of Gaozhou hospital in Guangdong province,and explores its value concept of trully decreasing expenditure of medical service and effective measures in regulating medical treatment and decreasing expenditure of medical service,pointing out the significance of nurturing medical humanity spirit in the hospital construction and management of medical treatment. |
