| 摘 要： | 目的研究HCC的CT增强征象与病理特征及VEGF、PLGF表达之间的关系,以期加深对HCC影像改变的认识。资料与方法经病理证实的39例HCC行CT平扫及增强扫描,统计各CT征象与VEGF、PLGF及MVD表达的关系。结果肝动脉供血型、双重供血型、少血供型分别占64.10%、23.08%、12.82%;VEGF、PLGF及MVD阳性表达率在动脉供血型与少供血型之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05);而在双重供血型与少供血型之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);HCC假包膜的显示与VEGF阳性表达相关(P<0.05);其浸润转移组的PLGF、MVD高于无转移组(P均<0.05);HCC大小与MVD相关(P<0.05)。结论通过CT影像与病理的对比研究,可以在一定程度上预测HCC的生物学特性、侵袭转移及血供特点。
