| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)联合运用扩散加权成像(DWI)对肝外胆管癌的诊断价值。资料与方法收集兰州军区兰州总医院应用SiemensAvanto1.5T超导型磁共振成像仪行MRI(包括MRCP和DWI)检查的肝外胆管癌患者45例,所有病例均经手术和病理证实,其中肝门部胆管癌25例,胆总管癌17例,壶腹癌3例。重点分析几种肝外胆管癌的MRCP、DWI影像表现,并比较联合运用DWI前后对肝外胆管癌的诊断符合率。结果 MRCP对三种肝外胆管癌能够精确定位,结合DWI后提高肝外胆管癌的定性诊断;联合运用DWI前后的诊断符合率从80.0%提高至93.3%,两种方法的检查结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRCP联合DWI后对肝外胆管癌的诊断更为直观、准确,特异性较高。
