| 摘 要： | 目的为乳膏剂和凝胶剂的内包装选择提供依据,确保医院制剂安全、有效。方法留样考察医院自制的林可霉素甲硝唑凝胶、尿素乳膏、复方倍氯米松乳膏、维生素E尿囊素乳膏的稳定性。结果与结论 6个月内4种医院制剂的性状、含量和微生物限度检查均符合规定。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the quality and stability of the hospital preparations to provide the evidence for inner package of cream and gel and guarantee the safety and effectiveness of preparations.Methods The stability of three kinds of creams and one kind of gel were investigated by sampling observation method.Results and Conclusion The characteristic,content and microbial limit test of the four preparations within six months all conform to the normal standard. |
