高效液相色谱法测定金蚧片中马钱苷含量

目的建立测定金蚧片中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),检测波长236 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃。结果马钱苷进样量在0.04～1.00μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为99.79%,RSD=0.69%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为金蚧片的质量控制方法。

Determination of Loganin Content in Jingjie Tablet by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of loganin content in Jingjie Tablet.Methods The column was Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-water（15 ∶85） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detecting wavelength was at 236 nm and the temperature was 40 ℃.Results The linear range of loganin was 0.04-1.00 μg（r=0.999 9） and the average recovery rate was 99.79%,RSD=0.69%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,highly sensitive and accurate with good repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of Jingjie Tablet.
