| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脾血管瘤的CT表现,评价CT检查对脾血管瘤的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析的行脾全切术经病理证实的5例脾血管瘤的CT表现。结果 3例为单发病灶,2例为多发病灶。1例窦岸细胞瘤表现为脾大,脾内多发点、片状低密度影,增强扫描轻度强化。1例海绵状血管瘤表现为囊性占位,增强扫描强化不明显。3例表现为类圆形低密度影,增强后有中度强化,延迟期持续强化,并有推进趋势。结论 CT术前诊断脾血管瘤准确率不高。

| Abstract: | Purpose To explore the CT appearance of splenic angioma and evaluate the application of CT to the diagnosis of splenic angioma.Materials and Methods CT findings in 5 cases of splenic angioma were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent total splenectomy and pathologic examination.Results 3 patients had solitary lesions,2 patients had multiple lesions.1 case of littoral cell angioma appeared as multiple small hypoattenuating nodules in an enlarged spleen with minimal enhancement.1 case of cavernous h... |
