2007-2009年我院住院患者抗菌药物使用调查与评价

目的:掌握和评价医院住院抗茵药物使用情况,并提供合理用药建议.方法:2007年至2009年每年抽取每科室百余份病史,对抗茵药物使用进行回顾性调查,统计宏观用药指标和用药合理性.结果:2007年、2008年、2009年抗菌药物使用率分别为78.9%,79.4%,76.8%,平均用药时间7.3,8.2,7.9 d,主要不舍理现象是用药时间过长和品种选择不当.结论:医院住院抗茵药物合理使用水平有一定提高,但仍存在不合理现象,应根据相关规范加强监管.

Survey and Evaluation on Inpatients Antibiotics Use in Our Hospital during 2007-2009
