| 摘 要： | 目的:了解本院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点及临床表现,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对本院2009年1–12月收集的449例ADR报告就ADR上报科室、患者性别与年龄分布、既往过敏史、引发ADR的给药途径、引发ADR的药品种类、ADR的处理和预后、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行回顾性分析。结果:449例ADR报告中男性307例,占68.37%,女性142例,占31.63%,年龄最小为18个月,最大为95岁;涉及的药品(不含输液)有170个品种,其中抗感染药300例次,占54.06%,中药制剂77例次,占16.76%;静脉滴注的ADR发生率最高,占77.95%;在ADR累及的器官中,皮肤及其附件比例最高;新的严重的和严重的ADR有41例,占9.13%。结论:药品不良反应的发生与多种因素有关,应积极开展ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药,降低ADR发生率。
