陈皮配方颗粒质量标准研究

目的建立陈皮配方颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法进行定性鉴别;运用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法进行检验;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定方中橙皮苷含量,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为283.4 nm。结果用薄层色谱法检出了方中的橙皮苷。红外光谱法对陈皮配方颗粒所含基团进行了详细分析。高效液相色谱法测定的橙皮苷进样量线性范围为0.676～4.056μg,回归方程为Y=600.759 62 X-21.199,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.61%,RSD=0.80%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为陈皮配方颗粒的质量控制方法。

Study on Quality Standards for Dispensing Granules of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae

Objective To establish the quality standards for dispensing granules of pericarpium citri reticulatae.Methods The thin-layer chromatography（TLC） was adopted for qualitative identification,the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） was used to test the dispensing granules of dried tangerine peel.Hesperidin was detected by HPLC.The chromatography column was Agilent Eclipse HC-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with methanol-acetic acid-water（35 ∶4 ∶61） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃and the detection wavelength was 283.4 nm.Results Hesperidin was detected by thin-layer chromatography.The groups contained in dispensing granules of pericarpium citri reticulatae were analyzed in detail by the infrared spectroscopy.The linear range of hesperidin was 0.676-4.056 μg and the regression equation was Y=600.759 62X-21.199,r=0.999 9.The average recovery rate was 97.61%,RSD=0.80%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,which can be used as the quality standards of dispensing granules of pericarpium citri reticulatae.
