摘    要:目的研究本地区铜绿假单胞菌对10种抗菌药的耐药性变迁,指导临床合理用药。方法常规分离菌株并鉴定,药敏实验采用K-B法,按NCCLS标准判断。结果在临床分离的182株铜绿假单胞菌中,亚胺培南敏感性最高为85.71%,依次为头孢他啶(80.77%)、氨曲南(80.22%)、阿米卡星(70.88%);对氨基糖苷类、环丙沙星、哌拉西林、第三代头孢菌素耐药率呈明显上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论铜绿假单胞菌对10种抗菌药的耐药性均有逐年增高趋势,临床用药应在药敏试验指导下进行。

Abstract:Objective To research the variance of the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.A).against ten kinds of drugs in our living area in order to guide doctors to use drugs with reason.Methods The germs were routinely divided and identified.Drug sensitive experiment was done by K-B test and judged according to the standard of NCCLS.Results In the 182 strains of P.A,the resistance rates against imipenem,ceftzidime and aztreonam were 85.71%,80.77% and 80.22%,respectively;and the susceptibility rate to amikacin was 70.88%.The drug resistance against aminoglycisides,ciprofloxacin,piperacillin and the third generation cephalosporins appeared to be obviously increasing(P<0.05).Conclusion The drug resistance of P.A.against ten kinds of drugs all appears to show an increasing trend year by year,so doctors should choose to use the medicine guided with the drug sensitive experiment.
