摘    要:①目的建立一种理想大鼠大脑中动脉缺血(MACO)再灌注动物模型。②方法成年健康雄性Witar大鼠110只,分别应用Zea Longa法、刘亢丁法和改良法建立MACO模型各35只,假手术组5只。利用行为学测试、四氮唑(TTC)染色对各种方法进行评价。③结果改良法的手术时间短、动物死亡率低、神经缺失体征明显、梗死灶固定。④结论改良线栓法是制备MACO再灌注动物模型的较为理想的方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish an ideal animal model of reperfusion of ischemia of middle cerebral artery in rats. Methods The models were established with methods of Zea Longa, Liu Kangding, and modified methods in 35 adult Wistar rats, respectively. Another five were sham-operated. The results were evaluated with behavior tests and TTC staining. Results Short operation time, low death rate, obvious signs of nerve deletion, and stable location of infarction were achieved with the modified method. Conclusion The modified line occlusion is an ideal method for establishing the model of this type in rats.
