中性粒细胞膜脂流动性及其胞浆抗体与溃疡性结肠炎的相关性研究

目的:探讨中性粒细胞(PMN)膜脂流动性及其胞浆抗体与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的相关性..方法:应用问接免疫荧光法(HF)及荧光偏振技术测定48例UC患者外周血中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)及PMN膜脂流动性,并与50例健康人做对照。结果:UC患者ANCA阳性检出率为41.67％,且随着病情加重其检出率有增高趋势;PMN膜脂流动性较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.001)。UC患者中ANCA阳性及阴性组间膜脂流动性差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:部分uc患者的病情发展与ANCA有关,PMN膜脂流动性低下与UC发病有关。

Correlative study of membrane fluidity of human polymorphonuclear neutrophilic leucocytes (PMN) and antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) in the ulcerative colonitis

Objective: To study the correlation of the membrance fluidity of human PMN and antineutrophil cytoplasrnic antibodies in the pathophysiological process of ulcerative colonitis. Methods: By using indirect immune of florescence (HF) and the technique of florescence polarization, the membrane fluidity of human PMN and ANCA were measured in 48 ulcerative colonitis were determined, compared with those of 50 healthy persons. Results: 01 the ulcerative colonilis patients, the ANCA positive rate was 41.76% and tended to go up in accordance with the seriousness of the disease. The membrane fluidity of human PMN were lower in ulcerative colonitis patients than those in healthy ones( P <0. 001). There was no significant difference between ANCA - positive group and ANCA ?negative group( P>0.005). Conclusion: The development of some patients condition is related with ANCA. The lowering of the membrane fluidity is connected with the incidence of ulcerative colonitis.
