脑脉泰胶囊结合西药预防心房纤颤患者血栓栓塞的临床观察

目的观察和研究脑脉泰胶囊结合叶酸、维生素B6、维生素B12预防心房纤颤患者血栓栓塞形成的疗效及安全性。方法全部118例非瓣膜病慢性心房纤颤患者随机分为两组,治疗组（n=59）给与脑脉泰胶囊1.0g,每日3次,口服;叶酸5mg,维生素B6 20mg,维生素B12 250ug,每日1次,口服;对照组（n=59）给与华法林2.5mg,每日1次,口服。均治疗6个月,观察INR的首次达标时间等指标及血栓栓塞及出血并发症的发生情况,治疗前后行食道超声心动图。结果治疗组和对照组出血发生率为0和18.64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组其他指标的比较,差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）。结论脑脉泰胶囊结合叶酸、维生素B6、维生素B12预防心房纤颤患者血栓栓塞形成与华法林疗效差异不显著,但前者出血并发症的发生率明显偏低,且价廉,临床易于操作。

Clinical Observation on Naomaital Capsule Combined with Westen Medicine on Preventing Atrial Fibrillation Patients with Thromboembolism.

Objective To investigate and study the effect and safty of Naomaitai capsule combined with Folio acid,VitB6 and VitB 12 on preventing atrial fibrillation patients with thromboembolism. Methods Total 118 valveless chronic AF patients were divided randomly into 2 groups,thetreated group （n=59） was treated with naomaitai capsule1.0g,tid po.folic acid 5mg,Vit B6 20mg,VitBlz 250ug,qd po.The control group （n=59） were treated with warfarin sodium 2.Stag ,qd po.Both group were treated for 6 months.To observe INR＇ s first reaching standard time,et al, thromboembolism and haemorrehege complication.esophagus ultrasonic cardiogram was assessed before and after the treatment.Result The haemorrehege rates of treated group and control group were 0 and 18.64%,there was stastic difference between them （P〈0.05） ,the other indices of 2 groups had no significant differences （P〉0.05） .Conclusion The effect of Naomaital capsule combined with Folio acid,VitB6 and VitB12 on preventing atrial fibrillation patients with thromboembolism has no significant difference to that of warfarin sodium,however the former＇ s haemorrehege rate is lower significantly,its price is lower,operat easily.
