甲状腺肿大病人外伤后气管切开32例

目的探讨甲状腺肿大病人外伤后呼吸困难气管切开的处理方法；方法对32例病人从颈部解剖、手术体位、切口、手术过程后果进行分析；结果缩短了手术时间，病人无一例死亡，结论全面了解病人受伤前后颈部情况，选择正确手术体位，切口，对成功地抢救病人生命关系重大。

Thirty Two Cases of Tracheotomy after Patients with Thyroid Enlargement being Wounded

Objective To study how to deal with tracheotomy when breathing becomes difficult after the patient with thyroid enlargement is wounded.Methods Analysing 32 patients in cervical anatomy, operation region,incision, operating process and consequence.Results The operating time was shortened and the cure rate was promoted.And there were no deaths.Conclusion To save the patient,it is of great importance to know from all aspects the neck before and after it was wounded, to choose the operation and incision properly.
