肺结核合并糖尿病的疗效分析

目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病患者临床治疗方法和效果。方法我院2008年3月～2009年10月收治肺结核合并糖尿病患者57例患者,给与胰岛素或口服药物控制患者血糖,初治结核病患者采用2HRZE(S)/7-10HR方案,复治患者采用2HRZE(S)/10HRE方案。结果结核病灶吸收(包括显吸)49例,占85.97%,病灶不变7例,占12.28%,病灶恶化1例,占1.75%,痰涂片结核菌阳性39例患者治疗后31例痰菌阴转,占79.49%。结论对肺结核合并糖尿病患者早期诊断早期治疗,经正规抗结核治疗,肺结核治疗好转后可使患者血糖有效控制。

THERAPY ANALYSIS OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS COMPLICATING DIABETES

Objective To evaluate the effects of the therapeutic method on the patients with pulmonary tu- berculosis complicating diabetes. Methods 57 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicating diabetes admitted by our hospital from march 2008 to october 2009 were given insulin or oral drug to control blood glucose, and the anti- tuberculosis therapeutic schedule of 2HRZE（ S）/7 -10HR for initial treatment or 2HRZE（ S）/ 10HRE for retreat- ment. Results The tuberculoses focus in 49 patients were improved, accounting for 85.97% ,7 eases of the same le- sions, accounting for 12.28%, one case of deterioration lesions, accounting for 1.75%. After 39 patients with spu- turn smear - positive of tubercle bacillus were treated,the sputum smear - positive in 31 patients of them were conver- ted to sputum smear - negative, accounting for 79.49%. Conclusions Early making diagnosis for pulmonary tuber- eulosis with diabetes and promptly giving regular anti - TB treatment, the blood glucose levels of the patients will ef- fectively be control within the normal range.
