肺癌患者血清VEGF的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在肺癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测114例确诊的肺癌患者及87例对照者血清VEGF浓度,分别计算VEGF的灵敏度、特异度,分析其与临床特征的关系。结果肺癌患者血清VEGF平均浓度为203.70 ng/L,明显高于对照组的75.21 ng/L;以200.60 ng/L为医学参考值上限,其灵敏度为59.65%,特异度为95.40%;有瘤负荷组患者灵敏度可达到74.68%,而无负荷者仅为25.71%,其差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论血清VEGF在肺癌中表达较高,可能在肿瘤的增殖、转移中发挥重要作用,是一个有价值的肺癌标记物。

Vascular endothelial growth factor in the serum of lung cancer patients and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(S-VEGF) in lung cancer patients and its clinical significance.Methods Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the levels of S-VEGF were determined in serum from 87 healthy subjects and 114 lung cancer patients who were diagnosed by pathology and/or cytology.Results The mean serum VEGF levels in lung cancer cases were 203.70 ng/L,which was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects(75.21 ng/L).While the normal upper value of S-VEGF was 200.6 ng/L according to statistical analysis,the sensitivity and specificity of S-VEGF in lung cancer patients were 59.6% and 95.4% respectively.The sensitivity of S-VEGF in patients with tumor burden was significantly higher than that without tumor burden(74.68% vs 25.71%,P<0.001).Conclusions SVEGF has a high expression in lung cancer,which may play a very important role in the growth and metastasis of lung cancer.It is a useful tumor marker of lung cancer.
