经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图在房间隔缺损封堵治疗中的应用价值

目的:探讨经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图(CDFI)在房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵治疗中的应用价值。方法:以37例经胸CDFI诊断为房间隔缺损患者按房间隔缺损封堵适应证进行筛选,筛选出23例,术中实时监测封堵器形态、放置位置、有无残余分流;术后即刻及6个月后随访观察并评价封堵疗效。结果:23例房间隔缺损封堵治疗均获得满意治疗效果。21例术中CDFI显示过隔血流完全消失,2例封堵器周边微量残余分流,所有病例术后6个月肺动脉压及房室腔内径明显改善(P<0.05),残余分流消失。结论:彩色多普勒超声心动图在ASD封堵治疗术前筛选、术中监测、即刻疗效评价及术后恢复状况随访评价中有重要的应用价值。

The application of transthracic color Doppler echocardiography in the occlusion of artrial septal defect

Objective: To study the application of transthracic color Doppler echocardiography(CDFI) in the occlusion of artrial septal defect(ASD).Methods: 37 cases with ASD indentified by transthracic CDFI were carefully observed and 23 cases were finally occluded in this study.The shape,location of the occluders and the resedul shunt were studied by CDFI during the operation,and the theraputic effect was also assessed during the follow-up.Results: All 23 patients got satisfied results.21 cases showed no trans-septum blood by CDFI after occludsion and 2 cases showed minute resedul shunt peri-occluder but vanished after 6 months.The hymodynamic parameters and diameters both of ventricule and atrium were betterfied after 6 months follow-up.There were no complications available in all cases.Conclusions: CDFI seems to be a very important methods for occlusion selection,evaluation during both the ASD occlusion and its follow-up.
