| 摘 要： | 目的:揭示荷瘤小鼠实证与虚证垂体基因表达的差异.方法:采用四诊计量检测方法及计量辨证方法,运用GeneChipMouseExon1.0 STArray等技术,检测H22荷瘤小鼠早期邪毒壅盛证和气虚证、中期阳气虚证、中晚期气阴阳虚证共3阶段4个证候垂体基因表迭的差异,重点关注那些表达量大、差异显著的基因.筛选出邪毒壅盛证较其他三个证候一致上调或下调的基Igl.结果:筛选出邪毒壅盛较其他三证一致上调的基因121个.介绍了邪毒壅盛证芯片读数大于1500的9个基因:Gabra6、DOH4S114、Ales2、Pvalb、Plpl、Itprl、Narg2、LOC627016、Gpm6b;一致下调的基因340个.介绍了正常小鼠芯片读数大于1500的21个基因:Abpg、Pip、Dlkl、Car6、Eif3s5、Gnb2、Pcskln、Aplpl、S1c22a17、Dnpep、Rnfl87、IOC639100、Rablb、Aldh2、Pten、Tapbp、2310044H10Rik、Cxxc5、Gamdl、Renl、Lrpll.结论:H22荷瘤小鼠的实证与虚证.其垂体基因存在大量的表达差异.其中部分可能是实证与虚证的标志基因.
