摘    要:目的观察康艾注射液对乳腺癌患者CEF(环磷酰胺、表阿霉素、氟尿嘧啶)方案化疗骨髓毒性反应的影响。方法60例接受CEF化疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组接受康艾注射液联合CEF方案化疗;对照组单用CEF方案化疗,对症支持治疗相同。结果治疗组白细胞减低(P0.01)及心电图ST-T段改变发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论康艾注射液能减轻CEF方案化疗骨髓毒性及心肌毒性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Kang'ai injection on bone marrow toxic reaction of breast cancer patients received CEF(cyclophosphamide,pharmorubicin,fluorouracil) chemotherapy.Methods 60 breast cancer patients treated with CEF chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups: the therapeutic group was treated with Kang'ai injection as well as CEF chemotherapy;the control group was given CEF chemotherapy singly.Other symptomatic supportive treatments were the same in the two groups.Results Leucocytopen...
