综合护理干预对剖宫产初产妇产后抑郁、泌乳及新生儿生长发育的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对剖宫产初产妇泌乳、产后抑郁的影响,并分析新生儿生长发育情况。方法回顾性分析2018年3月1日至2019年3月31日在我院行剖宫产分娩的90例初产妇的临床资料,根据护理模式的不同将其分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两种护理模式的应用效果。结果观察组母乳喂养率、24 h内泌乳始动率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。出生后30 d,观察组新生儿头围、身长、体质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇无或极轻微的产后抑郁发生率高于对照组,轻度产后抑郁发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于剖宫产初产妇中能够促进泌乳,预防产后抑郁,且对新生儿生长发育有良好的促进作用,具有临床推广价值。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum depression,lactation and neonatal growth and development of primipara after cesarean section

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lactation and postpartum depression of primipara undergoing cesarean section,and to analyze the growth and development of newborns.Methods The clinical data of 90 primiparas who underwent cesarean section from March 1,2018 to March 31,2019 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different nursing modes,they were divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The application effect of the two nursing modes were compared.Results The breast feeding rate and the initial lactation rate in 24 hours in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of birth,the head circumference,body length and body weight of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of non or very mild postpartum depression in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of mild postpartum depression was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in primipara undergoing cesarean section can promote lactation,prevent postpartum depression,and promote the growth and development of newborns,it has clinical promotion value.
