续骨活血汤联合抗凝对股骨颈骨折患者术后关节功能、疼痛及下肢血栓风险的影响

目的探讨续骨活血汤联合抗凝对股骨颈骨折患者术后关节功能、疼痛及下肢血栓风险的影响。方法选取我院2014年12月至2017年12月收治的114例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分成对照组与观察组,各57例。所有患者均行内固定术治疗,对照组在术后给予抗凝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用续骨活血汤治疗。比较两组的髋关节功能恢复效果、术前及术后1、3、6个月的疼痛评分、下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果观察组的髋关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3、6个月,两组的VAS评分均低于术前(P<0.05);术后1、3个月,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论续骨活血汤联合抗凝能进一步改善股骨颈骨折患者的关节功能,缓解疼痛,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率。

Effects of Xugu Huoxue decoction combined with anticoagulation on joint function,pain and lower limb thrombosis risk in patients with femoral neck fracture after operation

Objective To investigate the effects of Xugu Huoxue decoction combined with anticoagulation on joint function,pain and lower limb thrombosis risk in patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods A total of 114 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 57 cases in each group.All patients were treated with internal fixation,the control group was treated with anticoagulation after operation,and the observation group was treated with Xugu Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The recovery of hip joint function,the pain score before and 1,3,6 months after operation,and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of recovery of hip joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3,6 months after operation,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation(P<0.05);at 1,3 months after operation,the scores of VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xugu Huoxue decoction combined with anticoagulation can further improve the joint function,relieve pain and reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with femoral neck fracture.
