脑蛋白水解物辅助单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗帕金森病的效果及对血清相关蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的探讨脑蛋白水解物辅助单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗帕金森病的效果及对血清相关蛋白的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的98例帕金森病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表将其分为参照组(单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗)和观察组(单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合脑蛋白水解物治疗),各49例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的MDA水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SOD和GSH水平明显高于治疗前,且观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BDNF水平明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者S100β水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗帕金森病患者,不仅可缓解氧化应激反应,还可改善患者的血清相关蛋白水平和临床治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of brain protein hydrolysate assisted monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection on Parkinson’s disease and its influence on serum related proteins.Methods A total of 98 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into reference group(monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection) and observation group(monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection combined with brain protein hydrolysate) according to the random number table,with 49 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the MDA levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of SOD and GSH in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BDNF levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the S100β levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Brain protein hydrolysate combined with monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection can not only alleviate the oxidative stress response,but also improve the level of serum related proteins and clinical treatment effect in patients with Parkinson’s disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
