克拉霉素联合桉柠蒎治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

目的探究克拉霉素联合桉柠蒎治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择我院收治的78例鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为观察组(39例,克拉霉素+桉柠蒎)和参照组(39例,克拉霉素)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IFN-γ、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-10水平均降低,且观察组明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CCCRC评分均升高,RSOM-31评分均降低,且观察组明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论克拉霉素联合桉柠蒎治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果显著,可促使患者炎症反应减轻,改善嗅觉功能及生活质量。

Clinical effect of clarithromycin combined with eucalyptol on sinusitis and its influence on the level of serum inflammatory factors

Objective To explore the clinical effect of clarithromycin combined with eucalyptol on sinusitis and its influence on the level of serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 78 patients with sinusitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(39 cases,clarithromycin+eucalyptol) and reference group(39 cases,clarithromycin) according to the method of random drawing.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IFN-γ,IL-1β,TNF-α and IL-10 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CCCRC score of the two groups increased,the RSOM-31 score decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with eucalyptol on sinusitis has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,improve the olfactory function and quality of life.
