氯雷他定联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎患者的效果

目的探讨氯雷他定联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果。方法选择本院收诊的过敏性结膜炎患者162例,按照完全随机法分为观察组(81例)与对照组(81例)。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组给予双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合氯雷他定治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的症状积分、体征积分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组症状积分、体征积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性结膜炎患者的效果理想,可改善患者体征、症状,安全性较高,具有临床应用价值。

Efficacy of loratadine combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis

Objective To investigate the effect of loratadine combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis.Methods A total of 162 patients with allergic conjunctivitis admitted in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into observation group(81 cases) and control group(81 cases) according to the complete random method.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops and loratadine.The symptom and physical sign scores before and after treatment,treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptom and physical sign scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with loratadine in the treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis has an ideal effect,it can improve the signs and symptoms of patients,with high safety,which has clinical application value.
