综合护理预防肠梗阻患者术后感染的效果

目的观察综合护理预防肠梗阻患者术后感染的效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的200例肠梗阻患者为研究对象,患者均采用梗阻部位远、近端肠管侧侧吻合术治疗,采用随机数字法将其分为常规组和综合护理组,各100例。常规组接受常规护理,综合护理组接受综合护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果综合护理组的肠梗阻症状缓解时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均显著短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的NRS、APACHE-Ⅱ评分均降低,且综合护理组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康评分均升高,且综合护理组高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合护理组术后1周的切口感染发生率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理预防肠梗阻患者术后感染的效果显著,能够明显降低术后感染的发生率,提高生活质量,促进病情快速康复,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of comprehensive nursing on prevention of postoperative infection in patients with intestinal obstruction

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on prevention of postoperative infection in patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 200 patients with intestinal obstruction admitted in our hospital from January2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were all treated by lateral anastomosis of distal and proximal intestinal tubes at the site of obstruction,and divided into routine group and comprehensive nursing group according to random number method,with 100 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,the comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The remission time of intestinal obstruction symptoms,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the NRS and APACHE-Ⅱ scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the comprehensive nursing group were lower than the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of general health,physiological function,role physical,physical pain,life vitality,social function,role emotional and mental health in the two groups increased,and those in the comprehensive nursing group were higher than the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of incision infection 1 week after operation in the comprehensive nursing group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing on prevention of postoperative infection in patients with intestinal obstruction has significant effect,it can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,improve the quality of life,promote the rapid recovery of the disease,which is worty of clinical promotion and application.
