妇科千金片联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

目的探讨妇科千金片联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法将我院收治的76例PCOS患者随机分为对照组(38例,克罗米芬)和观察组(38例,妇科千金片+克罗米芬)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的EM、FG评分及卵巢体积均优于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px水平高于对照组,LPO水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的E2、LH/FSH、PRL均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金片联合克罗米芬治疗PCOS可有效改善子宫及卵巢状态,调节性激素水平,抑制氧化应激反应。

Clinical effect of gynecologic Qianjin tablets combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovariy syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical effect of gynecologic Qianjin tablets combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 76 PCOS patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(38 cases,clomiphene) and observation group(38 cases,gynecologic Qianjin tablets+clomiphene).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the EM,F-G score and ovarian volume in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those in the control group,and the level of LPO was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,E2,LH/FSH and PRL of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecologic Qianjin tablets combined with clomiphene in the treatment of PCOS can effectively improve the state of uterus and ovary,regulate the level of sex hormone,inhibit the oxidative stress response.
