门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠合并糖尿病的临床效果

目的分析门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法选择我院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者78例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,各39例。门冬胰岛素组采用门冬胰岛素治疗,门冬+地特胰岛素组采用门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c及妊娠并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组的FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c均降低,且门冬+地特胰岛素组低于门冬胰岛素组(P<0.05)。门冬+地特胰岛素组的妊娠并发症总发生率显著低于门冬胰岛素组(P<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠合并糖尿病的临床效果显著,可推广应用。

Clinical effect of insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 78 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number method,with39 cases in each group.The insulin aspart group was treated with insulin aspart,while the insulin aspart+insulin detemir group was treated with insulin aspart and insulin detemir.FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlc before and after treatment and pregnancy complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FBG,2 h PBG and HbAlc between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FBG,2 h PBG and HbAlc in the two groups decreased,and those in the insulin aspart+insulin detemir group were lower than the insulin aspart group(P<0.05).The total incidence of pregnancy complications in the insulin aspart+insulin detemir group was significantly lower than that in the insulin aspart group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus has a significant effect,which can be widely used.
