自我效能干预联合微信随访在直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者中的应用效果

目的探究自我效能干预联合微信随访在直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者中的应用效果。方法将106例直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者根据入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予自我效能干预联合微信随访。比较两组患者干预前、后的自我效能评分、生活质量、护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的饮食效能、性生活信心、性生活满意度信心、重体力劳动信心、造口自理信心、保持活力的信心、造口照顾效能、社交效能评分均高于干预前,且观察组的造口自理信心、保持活力的信心、造口照顾效能、社交效能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的各项生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自我效能干预联合微信随访在直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者的应用效果显著,可改善患者自我效能,提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Application effect of self-efficacy intervention combined with wechat follow-up in patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer operation

Objective To investigate the application effect of self-efficacy intervention combined with wechat follow-up in patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer operation.Methods A total of 106 patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer operation were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given self-efficacy intervention combined with wechat follow-up on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy score,quality of life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of diet efficacy,sexual life confidence,sexual life satisfaction confidence,heavy physical labor confidence,confidence in stoma selfcare,confidence in maintaining vitality,stoma care ability and social efficacy in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of confidence in stoma self-care,confidence in maintaining vitality,stoma care ability and social efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy intervention combined with wechat follow-up in patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer operation has a significant application effect,which can improve the self-efficacy,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
