基于加速康复外科理念的护理策略在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的应用效果

目的研究基于加速康复外科理念的护理策略在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的94例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者作为研究对象,根据随机双盲法分为观察组(47例,基于加速康复外科理念的护理)和对照组(47例,常规护理)。比较两组的术后观察指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的术后发热时间、首次排便时间、首次肛门排气时间、静脉输液停止时间、早期下床时间及住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用基于加速康复外科理念的护理策略可明显缩短行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者住院时间,促进患者肠道功能恢复,有效减少并发症的产生,减轻患者经济负担。

Application effect of nursing strategy based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

Objective To study the application effect of nursing strategy based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods A total of 94 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(47 cases,nursing based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept) and control group(47 cases,routine nursing) according to the randomized double-blind method.The postoperative observation indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative fever time,defecation time,anal exhaust time,intravenous infusion stop time,early time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was fewer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing strategy based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,promote the recovery of intestinal function,effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce the economic burden of patients.
