优质护理在冠心病临床护理中的应用效果

摘    要:目的分析优质护理在冠心病患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的500例冠心病患者,根据不同护理方法将其分成对照组和观察组,各250例。对照组给予冠心病常规临床护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理。分析两组患者疾病恢复情况(采用西雅图心绞痛量表进行评估)、住院时间及心脏不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者心绞痛发作、心绞痛稳定、活动受限、治疗满意度以及疾病认知程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,心脏不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能减少冠心病患者心绞痛发作,缓解活动受限,明显降低患者心脏不良事件发生率,并缩短住院时间。

Application effect of high quality nursing on clinical nursing of coronary heart disease

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in the clinical nursing of coronary heart disease.Methods Five hundred patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 250 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical nursing for coronary heart disease,and the observation group was given high quality nursing nursing on the basis of the control group.The disease recovery(evaluated by Seattle angina questionnaire),hospital stay and incidence of adverse cardiac events of the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of angina pectoris attack,angina pectoris stability,limited activity,treatment satisfaction and disease awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the overall incidence of adverse cardiac events was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce angina pectoris attack,eliminate activity limitation,significantly reduce adverse cardiac events and shorten hospital stay in patients with coronary heart disease.
