| 摘 要： | 报告26例胼胝体AVM（其中1例多发）的27个病灶。5个位于膝部,4个位于体部.18个位于压部。供血动脉主要来自大脑前动脉的胼周动脉;其次是大脑后动脉的脉络膜后动脉等分支。24个AVM采用显微外科手术作了全部切除。术后能正常生活者达88.5％,无死亡,并对胼胝体AVM显微外科切除手术的体会进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The authors report 26 casas of arteriovenous malformations of the corpus callosum with 27 lesions (1 case with two lesions). Of the 27 lesions, 5 lesions involved the genu of the corpus callosum, 4 involved the body of the corpus callosum and 18 involved the splenium of the corpus callosum. The feeding vessels mainly arised from the pericallosal arteries of the anterior cerebral arteries, while the other blood supplies came from the branches of posterior choroidal arteries of posterior cerebral arteries. Total resections were undergone in 24 lesions using microsurgical technique. Postoperative follow-up study showed that about 88. 8% of the patients could live their normal life. No mortality in this series. Our experience in microsurgical treatment of the AVMs of the corpus callosum was discussed. |
