特殊异位妊娠临床误诊分析

目的探讨特殊异位妊娠误诊的原因,提高特殊异位妊娠早期诊断能力,早期治疗,防止严重并发症发生。方法 2009年1月～2011年12月我院收治特殊异位妊娠6例回顾分析。结果 3例子宫疤痕妊娠均误诊宫内孕,2例残角子宫妊娠误诊宫内孕,至孕4月破裂大出血,延误了治疗,1例后腹膜妊娠破裂误诊输卵管妊娠,未及时止血。结论对于早孕妇女,一要仔细询问病史,剖宫产史,宫腔操作史,腹痛、阴道流血。常规超声检查及妇科检查,有无子宫畸形,排除异位妊娠,特别是特殊部位异位妊娠,及时作出正确诊断及时治疗,防止严重并发症发生。

Analysis of misdiagnosis of special ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the causes of misdiagnosis of the special ectopic pregnancy and improve the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy ability,and take the early treatment to prevent complications as far as possible. Methods Six special ectopic pregnancy cases treated In our hospital during 2009-1 to 2011-12 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Three cases of uterine scar were misdiagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy,two cases rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy were misdiagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy,to pregnant rupture hemorrhage,the treatment was delayed.One case retroperitoneal rupture of pregnancy misdiagnosed tubal pregnancy and not timely hemostasis. Conclusions For early pregnancy in women with a careful history,the history of cesarean section,uterine cavity operation history,abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding.Routine ultrasound examination and gynecological examination,with or without uterine malformation,to exclude ectopic pregnancy,especially rare ectopic pregnancy,to make the right diagnosis and timely treatment,to prevent complications.
