摘    要:目的 预测前胡药材全国潜在分布,寻找影响其分布的主要生态因子,明确前胡优质药材空间分布。方法 通过查阅文献、网络标本馆平台数据及实地调查等方法获取关于前胡药材的分布信息,利用地理信息系统(GIS)和最大信息熵模型分析其分布地区的主要生态因子;高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定前胡药材香豆素类化学成分含量,构建香豆素类成分与生态因子间的回归模型,使用ArcGIS软件空间分布估算对药材品质进行区划分析。结果 影响前胡分布的主要生态因子为降水量;前胡适宜区主要集中在湖北、湖南、重庆交界处和浙江、安徽、江西交界处。其中,浙江西北部与安徽东南部交界的天目山脉、湖北西南部与湖南西北部交界的武陵山脉所产前胡药材品质较高。结论 初步揭示前胡药材的道地性,为前胡引种栽培提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To predict the potential distribution range of Peucedanum praeruptorum nationwide and look for the main ecological factors that affect its distribution, so as to clarify the spatial distribution of high-quality Peucedani Radix.Methods The distribution information of P. praeruptorum was explored based on literature, online herbarium platforms, and field survey data. The main ecological factors in the distribution areas were analyzed using geographic information system (GIS) technology and maximum entropy model. The content of coumarins in Peucedani Radix were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), followed by the construction of regression model between coumarins and ecological factors and the quality regionalization of Peucedani Radix by ArcGIS-based spatial distribution estimation.Results The main ecological factor that affected the distribution of P. praeruptorum was precipitation. The suitable areas of P. praeruptorum growth were mainly concentrated at the junction of Hubei, Hunan, and Chongqing as well as the junction of Zhejiang, Anhui, and Jiangxi. Among them, the Tianmu Mountains at the junction of northwestern Zhejiang and southeastern Anhui and the Wuling Mountains at the junction of southwestern Hubei and northwestern Hunan produced high-quality Peucedani Radix.Conclusion The preliminary revealing of the geoherbalism of Peucedani Radix has provided reference for the introduction and cultivation of P. praeruptorum.
