米索前列醇预防剖宫产术后出血的临床研究

目的:观察米索前列醇用于预防剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法:选择124例剖宫产者,随机分为米索前列醇+催产素组及催产素组。米索前列醇+催产素组,术前给孕妇肛门塞入米索前列醇400μg,胎儿娩出后宫体肌注催产素20U;催产素组,胎儿娩出后,宫体肌注催产素20U,再静脉滴注催产素20U。观察两组术中、术后2h内出血量。结果:米索前列醇+催产素较单独使用催产素预防产后出血效果显著。结论:应用米索前列醇能有效预防剖宫产产后出血。

Clinical study on reduction of postpartum bleeding in cesarean section by misoprostol

Objective:To observe the result of misoprostol preventing postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods:The 124 women of cesarean section were divided into the misoprostol-oxytocin team and the oxytocin team randomly, the misoprostol-oxytocin team: the 400 μg misoprostol being was put into the anus of the gravidas before the operation, the oxytocin was injected in the muscularis of the uterus after the fetus being expulsion.The oxytocin team: the 20 U oxytocin was injected in the muscle of the uterus and the 20 U oxytocin was injected after the fetus being expulsion.To observe the bleeding quantity of the middle and after 2 hours of cesarean section.Results:The misoprostol-oxytocin team can decrease the bleeding amounts than the the oxytocin team.Conclusion:The misoprostol can prevent postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section utility.
