中国结直肠癌及癌前病变内镜诊治共识（2023，广州）

结直肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率均保持上升趋势,2020年中国结直肠癌新发病例55.5万例,死亡病例28.6万例,严重威胁人民生命健康。大量的研究和实践已经表明结直肠癌筛查和早诊早治可以有效降低结直肠癌的死亡率。因此,中华医学会消化内镜学分会结直肠学组牵头,联合国内消化、消化内镜以及消化病理专家共同制订了本共识,本共识主要从定义及术语、结肠镜筛查实施、结直肠癌及癌前病变早期诊断、治疗及术后注意事项和随访5个方面分别进行了阐述,以期为我国结直肠癌及癌前病变内镜诊治的规范开展提供参考,提高我国结直肠癌防治效果。

Expert consensus on endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions in China (2023, Guangzhou)

Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China, characterized by an alarming upward trend in both its incidence and mortality rate. In 2020, there were 555 thousand new cases of colorectal cancer and 286 thousand deaths in China, posing a serious threat to people''s lives and health. Extensive researches and practical evidences have demonstrated that colorectal cancer screening, along with early diagnosis and treatment, can significantly reduce the mortality rate of colorectal cancer. Therefore, Colorectal Group of Digestive Endoscopy Branch of Chinese Medical Association, in collaboration with domestic experts in gastroenterology, digestive endoscopy, and digestive pathology, developed this consensus, which mainly covers the following 5 aspects: definition and terminology, implementation of colonoscopy screening, early diagnosis of colorectal cancer and its precancerous lesions, treatment and postoperative precautions, and follow-up, in order to provide valuable references for standard endoscopic diagnosis and treatment approaches for colorectal cancer and its precancerous lesions, and enhance the effectiveness of colorectal cancer prevention and treatment in China.
