乳腺旋切微创术在多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 探讨对多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者给予乳腺旋切微创术治疗后获得临床价值以及美容效果。 方法 选取我院2020年3月-2022年5月收治的52例多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组及 研究组,各26例。参照组予以畅通乳腺纤维瘤切除术,研究组予以乳腺旋切微创术,比较两组手术相关 指标(手术时间、术中失血量、切口愈合时间以及切口直径)、VAS评分、术后并发症(局部血肿、 局部感染以及出血)总发生率以及美容效果。结果 研究组手术时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,术中 失血量、切口直径小于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后6、12、24 h VAS评分低 于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学 意义(P<0.05);研究组乳房形状、乳头乳晕感觉、色素沉着以及乳房切口瘢痕评分高于参照组,差 异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床对多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者给予乳腺旋切微创术治疗,可缩短手术时 间,降低术中出血量,切口时间愈合时间较短,且患者术后疼痛评分较低,美学效果较好,值得临床应用。

Application Value of Minimally Invasive Breast Biopsy in Patients with Multiple Breast Fibroma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value and cosmetic effect of minimally invasive surgery for minimally invasive breast biopsy. Methods A total of 52 patients with multiple breast fibroma admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 26 cases in each group. The reference group was given smooth breast fibroma resection, and the study group was given minimally invasive breast biopsy. The operation related indexes (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision healing time and incision diameter), VAS score, total incidence of postoperative complications (local hematoma, local infection and bleeding) and cosmetic effect were compared between the two groups.
