胶原蛋白线在面部整形美容手术中的应用效果

目的 探讨胶原蛋白线在面部整形美容手术中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2020年3月-2022年1月 收治的100例面部整形患者为研究对象，按照缝合方式不同分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组 选用常规缝合线，观察组选用胶原蛋白线缝合，比较两组瘢痕愈合情况（VSS评分）、不良反应发 生情况、生活质量、负面情绪评分、满意度。结果 观察组VSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05），观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组负面情绪评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 胶原蛋白线应用于 面部整形美容手术有利于促进切口愈合，减少不良反应，提升患者生活质量和满意度，适用于整形手 术，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Collagen thread in Facial Plastic Surgery

Objective To explore the application effect of collagen thread in facial plastic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with facial plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different suture methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group.
