规范化护理干预在上肢损伤皮瓣移植术后患者中的应用

目的 探讨规范化护理干预在上肢损伤皮瓣移植术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取华北医疗 健康集团邢台总医院骨科八病区2019年1月-2020年2月收治的96例上肢损伤皮瓣移植术后患者为研究对 象，按照随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组，每组48例。A组给予常规护理，B组给予规范化护理干预， 比较两组住院时间、疼痛程度、皮瓣成活率和护理满意度。结果 B组住院时间短于A组，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）；B组疼痛程度低于A组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B组皮瓣成活率为97.92%，高于 A组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B组护理满意度为95.83%，高于A组的77.08%，差异有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在上肢损伤皮瓣移植术后患者中采用规范化护理干预可减轻患者的疼痛感，提 高其皮瓣成活率，有利于加快其疾病的恢复，提高其护理满意度。

Application of Standardized Nursing Intervention in Patients with Upper Limb Injury After Flap Transplantation

Objective To explore the application of standardized nursing intervention in patients with upper limb injury after flap transplantation. Methods A total of 96 patients with upper limb injury after flap transplantation admitted to the Eighth Ward of Orthopedics Department, North China Medical and Health Group Xingtai General Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.
