摘    要:目的 考察不同产地红参中铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、硒(Se)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)和镉(Cd)9种无机元素的含量差异。方法 采用微波消解技术及电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定28批不同产地红参中9种无机元素含量,并采用SPSS 22.0软件进行聚类分析。结果 不同产地红参Fe、Mn、Zn含量均较高,Se含量极低,有害元素Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu含量均符合《中国药典》限量标准。28批样品聚类为两类。结论 不同产地红参均富含Fe、Mn、Zn,其重金属及有害元素污染程度小,安全性相对较好。不同产地红参Fe、Zn、Cu、Se、As元素含量差异性均较小,Mn、Pb、Hg、Cd元素差异性较大。

Abstract:Objective To compare the differences of the contents of ferrum, manganese, zinc, copper, selenium, lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium in ginseng radix et rhizoma rubra from different regions.Methods Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was applied for the determination of nine kinds of elements in twenty-eight batches of ginseng radix et rhizoma rubra originated from different regions. SPSS 22.0 was used for cluster analysis.Results The contents of ferrum, manganese and zinc elements in ginseng radix et rhizoma rubra from various regions were high, while the content of selenium element was very low. The contents of the harmful elements including lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and copper were all below the limits set by Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Twenty-eight batches of samples were divided into two types. Conclusion Ginseng radix et rhizoma rubra is rich in ferrum, manganese and zinc, meanwhile the heavy metals and harmful elements are low level of contamination and security is relatively well. There is a little difference among ginseng radix et rhizoma rubra from different origins in the contents of ferrum, zinc, copper, selenium and arsenic. The differences among ginseng radix et rhizoma rubra from different origins in the contents of manganese, lead, mercury and cadmium are great.
