摘    要:目的探讨磁化矿泉浴对冠心病患者左室心肌活动指数(MPI)及QT离散度(QTd)的影响。方法将诊断明确的冠心病患者132例,采用简单随机化法随机分为两个组,每组66例,观察组行磁化矿泉浴,对照组行单纯矿泉浴,每天治疗1次,每次15 min,15 d为1个疗程,观察治疗前后左室MPI及QTd的变化。结果观察组治疗后MPI与QTd均明显缩小,舒张早期和舒张晚期血流峰值之比(E/A)与射血分数(EF)增加,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01及P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁化矿泉浴可提高冠心病患者左室整体功能。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of magnetized mineral spring bath(MMSB) on left ventricular myocardial performance index(MPI) and QT dispersion(QTd) among the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 132 patients with CHD were divided into two groups(n = 66 / group) at random.The observation group carried out MMSB 15 min per day for 15 days,while the control group did mineral spring without magnetization.The changes in MPI and QTd were observed and recorded before and after treatments.Results Compared with that before treatment,the MPI and QTd of the observation group decreased after treatment,while its diastolic early vacation / diastolic after vacation(E / A) ratio and ejection fraction(EF) increased significantly(P <0.01,P <0.05).After treatments,there were also significant differences in MPI and QTd between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion The whole left ventricular function of the patients with CHD can be improved by MMSB.
